Just wanted to let everyone know that the new Jackson Racing Super Chargers come drilled and tapped for the water injection setups. It just has a hex bolt in the hole that it would go into. Just thought everyone would like to know that the water injection and the new support bracket along with a revised pressure switch is in all the new kits

Lundgren and I noticed the tap also when we were swapping out my manifold last weekend. The thing we were discussing is whether that was logically the best place for it. The middle of the intake manifold did not look like a good place for dispersion of the water vapor. It would seem like closer to the throttle body would be a better place to give it more time to disperse and cool more. I don't really care, because I doubt I will ever setup the water injection.

I don't know about closer to the T/B...
Closer to the SC would tend to keep the water airborne I'd think. On the integra setup, how far is the T/B from the SC? I'd say on the Civic setup, it's a good 8-10" through the swan-neck. That's a lot of surface area for the water to collect on the inside of the neck.
Just my thoughts,

The best location isn't the issue. If you run water through the blower, it will void your warrenty (100,000mi warrenty if memory serves). That's why JR taps the manifold. there is no other chioce.
